Garlic Greek Shrimp Scampi: Fresh Mediterranean Flavors in Minutes

Looking for a quick, healthy, Mediterranean-inspired shrimp recipe? This Mediterranean Shrimp with Feta is packed with bold flavors from garlic, fresh rosemary, and lemon, finished with creamy crumbled feta. It’s perfect for weeknight dinners, meal prep, or entertaining.

This dish is Mediterranean diet-friendly, low in processed ingredients, and full of lean protein and heart-healthy olive oil. Serve it over pasta, rice, or a light pilaf for a complete, satisfying meal.

Mediterranean Diet ingredients


Ingredients:

  • 1 lb raw peeled shrimp

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 4 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1/4 cup low-sodium chicken broth

  • 1 tablespoon Bragg’s 

  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta



Instructions:

  1. Heat pan on med-low. Add 4 Tbsp olive oil + 1/4 cup broth.

  2. Add 3 cloves minced garlic, 2 Tbsp rosemary, 1 Tbsp Bragg’s. Sauté 5–10 min until garlic softens.

  3. Add 1 lb shrimp, 1/4 tsp pepper, 1 Tbsp lemon juice. Cook, stirring, ~10 min until shrimp turns pink.

  4. Top with 1/2 cup crumbled feta.

  5. Serve over pasta or pilaf.
