Garlic Greek Shrimp Scampi: Fresh Mediterranean Flavors in Minutes

Ingredients:
1 lb raw peeled shrimp
3 cloves garlic, minced
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 cup low-sodium chicken broth
1 tablespoon Bragg’s
1/2 cup crumbled feta
Instructions:
Heat pan on med-low. Add 4 Tbsp olive oil + 1/4 cup broth.
Add 3 cloves minced garlic, 2 Tbsp rosemary, 1 Tbsp Bragg’s. Sauté 5–10 min until garlic softens.
Add 1 lb shrimp, 1/4 tsp pepper, 1 Tbsp lemon juice. Cook, stirring, ~10 min until shrimp turns pink.
Top with 1/2 cup crumbled feta.
Serve over pasta or pilaf.
