We offer four service tiers: Day-of Coordination ($2,000+), Partial Planning ($6,000+), Full-Service Planning ($10,000+), and Event Design for full-service venues ($5,000+), giving you options for every stage of the planning process. Our Society's Events offers four distinct service levels so you can engage us at exactly the right point in your planning process:
Day-of Coordination — Starting at $2,000
Designed for couples and hosts who have already booked all vendors and planned their entire event. We step in to manage execution: reviewing vendor contracts, verifying rental and catering counts, reviewing transportation logistics, building and distributing the day-of timeline, coordinating with your venue and vendors, running the rehearsal, and overseeing breakdown and load-out. One planner is on-site throughout your event day.
Partial Planning — Starting at $6,000
For couples and hosts who have already secured their venue and key vendors but need professional support to bring everything across the finish line. Includes everything in Day-of Coordination plus a second on-site planner, a custom floor plan, vendor contract review and negotiation, budget creation and oversight, and vendor management across the full range of wedding and event categories.
Full-Service Planning — Starting at $10,000
Our most comprehensive engagement — we plan, design, and execute your entire wedding or event from the ground up. In addition to all Partial Planning services, Full-Service includes venue selection and site visits, a complete custom design plan (mood board, color palette, florals, linen, lighting, tablescape, and décor), sourcing of all design elements, coordination of structural elements (tenting, flooring, staging, lighting), and full oversight of installation and breakdown.
Event and Wedding Design — Starting at $5,000
Specifically structured for couples and hosts who are holding their event at a full-service venue where venue staff handle logistics. We focus on the creative and design layer: custom floor plan, mood board and design plan, sourcing of all design elements, structural coordination, installation oversight, and two planners on-site. Also includes vendor contract review, negotiation, and budget oversight.Our Society's Events offers a menu of add-on services that can be layered onto any tier:
For Day-of Coordination clients: Rehearsal Dinner Planning (starting at $2,000), Post-Wedding Brunch Planning (starting at $2,000), Engagement Party Coordination (starting at $2,000), Invitation & RSVP Management (starting at $1,000), and Hotel Block Management (starting at $1,000).
For Partial Planning clients: hourly consultation support ($65/hr), additional site visits ($100/visit), and additional planning hours ($150/hr) are available, as well as Post-Event Brunch, Welcome Party, Invitation Management, and Hotel Block Management starting at $750.
For Full-Service clients: an Additional On-Site Planner, Custom Floor Plan (if not already included), Budget Creation & Oversight, Venue Site Visits, and Planning Consultations are available as standalone additions.
